Most days, the tips will be published on the website and sent to members who want to get them sent by email between 19:00 and 24:00 CET.  Usually I will only send one email per day, but on weekends and weekdays when a lot of games are being played, I might add some tips during the day, but never later than 2 hours before kick off.
